Vehicle transport is the largest part of what we do at Novex Logistics. Cars from auctions, fleets from dealers, classics in enclosed transporters โ across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, the UK and Morocco.
Whether you're a dealer importing from Germany, a private buyer who won a car at a UK auction, or an exporter sending a fleet to Casablanca, the logistics is the same problem: who picks it up, who's responsible, who handles the paperwork, and how much does it actually cost door-to-door?
We give you one coordinator, one fixed price, and one set of documents.

Since 1 January 2021, vehicles moving between the EU and UK need customs paperwork (T1/T2L, EUR.1 or proof of origin). We handle this as part of the price โ you don't need a separate customs broker.
Auction pickups: how it works
If you've won a vehicle at BCA, Manheim, Copart, Autorola or any major European auction, the process is straightforward:
- Send us the auction reference โ VIN, lot number, auction location, and where the car needs to go.
- We confirm a fixed price within 30 minutes during business hours. No surprise fuel surcharges.
- We coordinate the release with the auction house once payment clears. Bring your own driver? No problem โ we can also just handle paperwork.
- Pickup within 24-72 hours. Photos sent on collection.
- Door delivery with proof of delivery signed and timestamped.
How pricing works
Vehicle transport pricing depends on four things:
- Distance โ measured corridor-by-corridor, not by straight-line km
- Vehicle size & weight โ a Smart and a Range Rover are not the same load
- Transport type โ open trailer (cheaper) vs enclosed (luxury, damaged, classic)
- Customs complexity โ within-EU is free movement; UK and Morocco have paperwork

Common questions
Do you transport non-running vehicles?
Yes โ for non-runners we use either a tilt-loader or enclosed transport with winch. Mention this when you send the route so we can price it correctly.
Is the vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Our transport contracts include CMR insurance to standard limits. For high-value vehicles (above โฌ100k) we'll arrange specific cargo insurance at cost.
Can you arrange shipping from outside Europe?
We work with US, Japan and UAE export partners for inbound vehicles. The European leg is fully covered by Novex; we'll coordinate the ocean shipping with you separately.
Do you handle VAT and import duties?
Yes. For EU โ UK and Europe โ Morocco lanes, we file the customs entries and pay duties on your behalf, then invoice them with a transparent breakdown.
