What's included
Inbound
We receive your stock from suppliers (Chinese sea freight, EU truck deliveries, returns) and put it on shelves. Photo report of every inbound shipment so you know exactly what arrived.
Storage
Pallet, shelf or bin storage depending on SKU size. Climate-controlled sections available for cosmetics, food and electronics. Bonded storage for non-EU goods.
Pick & pack
Same-day cut-off at 15:00 CET. Branded packaging on request — your boxes, your tissue paper, your inserts. No extra charge for kitting if it's set up in advance.
Shipping
Multi-carrier setup so each order ships with the right carrier for the destination: PostNL, DPD, DHL, GLS, FedEx, Royal Mail. You only pay the carrier rate plus a flat handling fee.
Returns
Return address in Belgium / NL. We inspect, photo, restock or grade. Reports sent weekly.
How we price fulfilment
Most 3PLs hide their pricing behind "contact us." We don't. Here's the structure:
