If your container is arriving at a European port, we can pick it up, clear customs and deliver it inland — usually within 48 hours of vessel discharge.
Rotterdam
Europe's largest port. We work all terminals: RWG, APM Maasvlakte II, ECT, Euromax. Same-day haulage if container is released before 11:00.
Antwerp / Zeebrugge
Belgian port hubs for shipments to Belgium, France and DACH region. MPET, PSA, DP World covered.
Hamburg, Bremerhaven
Northern German ports — useful for DACH-bound containers and onward to Poland/Czech Republic.
Algeciras (Spain)
Key hub for Morocco-bound and Africa-bound containers. We coordinate Tanger Med crossings from here.
Airports
Air cargo pickups from major EU and UK airports:
- Schiphol (AMS) — handlers: Menzies, Swissport, dnata, KLM Cargo
- Brussels (BRU) — handlers: BCS, Aviapartner, WFS
- Liège (LGG) — express and e-commerce hub
- Frankfurt (FRA) — including LH Cargo and FCS
- Paris CDG, Heathrow (LHR), Stansted (STN), Madrid (MAD)
We hold Known Consignor status, which means we can collect and consolidate without re-screening. Faster turnaround, lower cost.
Customs and T1 documents
For non-EU origin containers (China, US, Turkey, Morocco), customs is the bottleneck — not the haulage. We handle:
- Import declarations via direct EU customs systems
- T1 transit documents if container needs to move from one EU country to another under bond
- VAT deferment (Article 23 NL, ET 14.000 BE) — defer 21% VAT instead of paying at the port
- EUR.1 origin certificates for preferential tariff treatment
- Anti-dumping checks and HS code verification
An import where the haulier is separate from the customs broker often gets stuck for 1-3 days at the port while documents bounce between parties. By doing both ourselves, your container moves the moment it's released.
The pickup process
- Send us your B/L or AWB — Bill of Lading (sea) or Airway Bill (air). We pre-clear customs as soon as it's filed.
- Vessel/flight arrival monitored — we get terminal release ETA automatically.
- Truck pre-booked to collect on day of release.
- Pickup, customs clearance, onward delivery — all on the same day for Benelux, next day for further destinations.
- POD + customs entry emailed to you.
