Import clearance
Coordination of import declarations at destination through our customs partners, including the documents customs will ask for.
Export clearance
Export declaration coordination at origin so the goods can leave the customs territory correctly.
Transit documentation (T1/T2)
Where applicable, transit documents for goods moving under customs supervision, for example on Europe-Morocco road corridors.
Commercial documentation
Guidance on commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents so they are complete and consistent.
EUR.1 and origin documents
Where applicable, preferential origin documents such as EUR.1 that may reduce duties under trade agreements.

Does NOVEX perform customs clearance itself?
Customs clearance is coordinated through our customs partners. NOVEX makes sure the documentation is prepared and hands over to the right party at the right time.
What is a T1 document?
A T1 is a transit document that allows non-Union goods to move under customs supervision within the EU customs territory without duties being paid until they reach their destination. Whether it applies depends on the origin and status of the goods.
Can you tell me the duties and taxes in advance?
Duties depend on the HS classification, origin and destination. We can indicate the applicable framework through our partners, but the final assessment is made by the customs authority.
